Common Use Cases

Kitchen countertops are the most popular project we handle. Common use cases include full kitchen remodels where outdated laminate or tile is replaced with granite or quartz, new-construction installs where builders need reliable fabrication on a tight timeline, and island additions that create a dramatic centerpiece in open-concept floor plans.

Many clients also pair kitchen countertops with matching backsplashes, waterfall edges on islands, or coordinated bathroom vanity tops to create a cohesive look throughout their home.

Optional Add-Ons

Matching Backsplash

Extend your countertop material up the wall with a full-height or 4-inch backsplash for a clean, unified look.

Waterfall Edge

Wrap stone down the sides of your island for a dramatic, modern waterfall effect that turns your island into a focal point.

Integrated Drainboard

Add carved channels next to your sink for a built-in drainboard that directs water back into the basin.

Under-Cabinet Lighting Prep

We can route channels for LED strip lighting beneath your countertop overhang for a modern floating glow effect.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a typical kitchen countertop project take?

From your first consultation to completed installation, most kitchen countertop projects take 2–3 weeks. Fabrication is typically 5–7 business days after templating, and installation is usually completed in a single day.

Do I need to have my cabinets installed first?

Yes. We template after your cabinets are fully installed and level. This ensures a precise fit. If your cabinets aren't ready yet, we're happy to schedule templating for when they are.

What's the difference between granite and quartz?

Granite is a natural stone quarried from the earth — each slab is unique with natural variations. Quartz is an engineered stone made from crushed quartz bound with resin, offering more consistent patterns and colors. Both are excellent for kitchens; granite needs annual sealing while quartz is maintenance-free.

Can I see the actual slab before it's fabricated?

Absolutely. We encourage all clients to visit our showroom or slab supplier to hand-pick their exact slabs. What you see is what you get — no surprises.

Do you remove and dispose of old countertops?

Yes, old countertop removal and disposal is included in our standard installation service at no extra charge.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer flexible financing options to help make your dream kitchen a reality. Ask us about our current financing plans during your consultation.
